Our Coffee
What we love about coffee at Anomaly is that it boasts and tells an unrivaled story from its chemical composition to its global economic impact. In our endeavors, we strive to help tell, and make that story real, if not better, by providing you with a beautiful cup. At Anomaly we look and want the best coffees offered, so we purchase our coffees from different roasters nationwide. We want the best, so we know that our roasters intentionally purchase their coffee either through responsible importers or directly from farmers that have been researched by renowned experts in the field. They ensure that our exceptional coffee is purchased at a more than fair cost.
Once obtained, they carefully formulate and test varying roast profiles for each coffee in order to magnify and develop the coffee’s intricate nuances and characteristics. Expertly chosen, artisan roasted, and optimally packaged, our roasters will be expertly crafted and compiled by our baristas for an experience cultivated from seed to cup.
